Tesha McBeth
As the Founding and Managing Attorney of McBeth Law Firm, P.C., I have been helping individuals
and families with their legal problems since 2001. It has always been my goal to offer
each client outstanding customer service and experienced representation. I take great
pride in making every effort to dot all the i's and cross all the t's to ensure that my
clients get the results they need.
I started my journey in the Legal Profession while I was acquiring my undergraduate degree at
Clemson University (Go Tigers!) where I was elected the
president of the Pre-law fraternity, Phi Alpha Delta. After graduating Magna Cum Laude, I attended
The University of North Carolina School of Law where I served as an associate editor of the North Carolina
Journal of Law and Technology and a member of the National Moot Court Team. During my summers,
I interned for Honorable Ronald Burris where I gained valuable legal procedure experience.
After I received my law degree and passed the NC bar in 2001, I became an Assistant District Attorney
for Anson, Richmond, Stanly and Union Counties. For many years, I successfully prosecuted criminal cases
and saw many situations where clients were under-represented and unequipped to navigate the legal process.
I then decided to go into private practice with my mission to help defend people in their worst times.
Since starting McBeth Law Firm, P.C., I have successfully tried and resolved over 1000 cases. Whether it is
a case involving family custody, a traffic ticket or a criminal felony, I passionately and ethically fight for my
clients making sure that they are treated with respect and empathy. Such that, family members of opposing party have
either hired or referred me for other cases.
I will continue to dedicate myself to represent defendants and families to make sure they get the best results
for their legal cases.
